Frequently Asked Questions
Will you work with my insurance?
Yes, we work with all insurance companies.
Can I choose where to get my vehicle repaired?
It is your car and it is your choice where to get your vehicle repaired. Wisconsin Statute 632.375 states your insurance company cannot legally direct you to a specific auto collision repair shop.
Your insurance company may have a preferred shop in which they do business, but legally they cannot tell you where you have to get the repairs.
How long does getting an estimate take and do I need an appointment?
An hour appointment is preferred so we can do a thorough assessment of the damage. Please contact us to set up an appointment.
Do I need more than one estimate?
You are not required by law to get more than one estimate unless it is stated in your insurance policy.
How long does it take to get my vehicle fixed?
All repairs are different, we try to put 3 to 4 hours per day into each vehicle’s repair. Delays can occur when waiting for insurance supplement approval, parts or workflow scenarios.
What type of work do you do?
We do full service collision repair on cars & light trucks, limited light body repairs on medium and heavy duty semi trucks. We do not do restorations or rust repair.
What if I need a rental car?
We can provide a rental from our fleet if available for the low cost of $10.00 per day (pays for maintenance) if you do not carry rental coverage. If you carry rental coverage, we can rent one of our fleet cars to you through your insurance or we can help you arrange a rental through Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
Do you repair hail damage?
